CHAPLIN STUDIOS
Charlie Chaplin Slept here… Early in 1918, Chaplin entered into an agreement with First National Exhibitors’ circuit, a new organization specially formed to exploit his pictures. His first film under this new deal was “A Dog’s Life” which was produced at the subject site. After this production, he turned his attention to a national tour on behalf of the war effort, following which he made a film that US government used to popularize the Liberty Loan drive: “The Bond.”
Almost 100 years later, we got our hands on the gem which was reimagined into what we call “The Chaplin Studios.” We decided to keep its original charm, and its original purpose but modernize it to suit today’s business world.

NEIGHBORHOOD
Located between Korea town and Silver Lake, Chaplin Studio is situated on the historic route 66 and East side of Hollywood. Minutes away from Paramount Studios and Universal Studios, shuffled between amazing Thai town, Little Armina and Melrose hills, the property offers 18 Creative Work Studios of all sizes in two floors with an arcade that serves as a corridor. As you walk into the building, you will enjoy the natural light that shines through the original massive skylights. Red Brick Walls, High Wood Beam Ceiling, and allure everywhere, are just a few more reasons to get creative and work smart.
The creative synergy of this historic neighborhood from the famous Los Angeles observatory to the Hollywood sign, are just a few more reasons for you to follow the footstep of the legend and become a part of history!
The area is served by the Metro B Line at the Hollywood/Western, Vermont/Sunset and Vermont/Santa Monica stations with access to lots of shops and authentic restaurants.
